Maifest in Brenham

Yesterday we picked up lunch with Matt and Candace (some friends from small group) and headed out to Brenham for Maifest.  There was a lot of German heritage to be seen; however, the real draw was the unlimited Blue Bell ice cream!

I unfortunately ate nothing close to what I would have hoped to, but the little ice cream I did eat was delicious.  Probably the only time in our marriage that Louis ate more than double the amount of ice cream I ate!
